No Bib Transfer or Resale allowed
We remind you that buying or selling race bibs outside the official race website is strictly prohibited. We have noticed that some bibs are being exchanged on unofficial platforms. These bibs are invalid and will not grant access to the race.
For reasons of fairness, safety, and insurance, only bibs assigned by the organization through official channels are recognized. Any participant wearing a bib not registered under their name is subject to immediate disqualification and possible sanctions.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
Registrations will open directly on the website starting August 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with no pre-registration or lottery. Registration is completed online through secure credit card payment.
From August 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM until August 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM, only runners with a valid UTMB index will be accepted.
After this period, registration will be open to all runners, with or without a valid UTMB index, until all available spots are filled. No waiting list will be maintained.
Minimum age : Anyone born in 2006 or before may register to all races (except for the race RDP where the minimum age is 31/12/2008)
Age categories for each race: 20-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80-84; 85+
The minimum age allowed on each distance listed above, is the minimum allowed on the World Series circuit.
Elite runners can gain a free entry to the UTMB World Series Events and UTMB World Series Majors* which is determined by their UTMB Index within the chosen race category. For more details, please check the entry conditions here.
- UTDC -100M : from 245€ to 280€
- UTDP - 100K: from 185€ to 225€
- TDC -50K : from 120€ to 160€ (For this 50K race, a 5% discount applies to FFA-licensed runners)
- TDP - 20K : from 52€ to 68€
- RDP - 20K : from 32€ to 48€
Prices vary and are linked to a specific number of bibs.
Prices include VAT and registration fee. An additional 8% administration fee will be charged. Those administration fees are not refundable in case of cancelation.

To another race of the same event : It is possible to transfer a registration to a shorter distance until 4 weeks before the event and in the limit of places available. In this case, no refund will be made. The event organiser must be contacted directly via the form contact available here. It is also possible to ask to transfer a registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director. Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out.
Registration is personal. It is not possible to transfer a registration to someone else or to postpone to the following year under any conditions.
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
Registration cancellation insurance: The purpose of this cancellation insurance is to allow the runners to be fully reimbursed of the registration fee if they wishes to cancel their registration for the reasons described in the terms of sales of the insurance. Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of registration.

If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To submit your request, please access to your dashboard via your MyUTMB account, click on "edit my registration" and on “declare a cancellation claim”. Then fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions HERE.
If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
In the case of the cancellation of a race, for any reason whatsoever, decided more than 15 days before the departure date, a partial refund of the registration fees will be made. The amount of this refund will be determined in such a way as to enable the organization to cover all the non-recoverable expenses incurred as of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation decided less than 15 days before departure or in the event of interruption of the race, for any reason whatsoever, no registration refund will be made.
