2025 REGISTRATIONS
Please note that registration for UTDP, TDC and TDP is now closed. There will be no reopening of registrations or waiting lists.
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions HERE.
If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. You can check our registration conditions here. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
According to our registration conditions: Registration is personal. It is not possible to transfer a registration to someone else or to postpone registration to the following year under any conditions.

To validate your registration, we need your PPS code, which you must enter 3 months before the date of the race.
To validate your registration, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the PPS website to start your journey from February 17th: PPS
- Complete the suggested modules
- At the end of the journey, you will receive your PPS code
- Log in to your MyUTMB account to access your registration and paste the PPS code into your dashboard (Section: Registration Status).

DURING THE RACE
Your registration includes the shuttle bus from Obernai to the starting line of 20K, 50K, 100K or 100M. A shuttle bus after the race will not be put in place.
Reservations for these shuttles is now available via your MyUTMB account. Reservations for runners wishing to use the shuttle service are compulsory and will be available until March 3 at 23:59 (CET).
A transport system will be available for accompanying persons so that they reach certain aid stations zones in a collective and eco-responsible manner. The full transport plan put in place for the event will be unveiled a few months before the event, and you will be notified by email when bookings open.
You can check the event program, including bib collection times, HERE. For your information, there will be no bib collection on race day for the UTDP and TDC.
You have until April 30, 2025 to validate your number pick-up slot. After this date, a slot will be automatically allocated to you.
- Log in to MyUTMB - My dashboard and access your Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB registration by clicking on “Modify”.
- Click on the “Modify” button below the shuttle reservation.
- Once on the registration page, click on the “Bib collection” button
- Choose your number pick-up slot
To ensure that the races run smoothly and that you can enjoy the trails without crowding, the 100K, 50K and 20K races will start in waves. Your starting wave will be defined by your general UTMB Index 2 months before the event, giving you the chance to improve it in the meantime.

We would like to remind you that it is obligatory to be in possession of individual accident insurance which covers any eventual costs for search and rescue In France. We remind you that this insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around.

We regret to inform you that we do not provide storage facilities or offer baggage transportation services for personal belongings.
Since the race passes through private areas, the GPX file will only be available one to two weeks before the event. You will receive an email as soon as the GPX file is available.
