BEFORE THE RACE

Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions here.
To validate your registration, we need your medical certificate before March, 1stm 2024. You can download the medical certificate template HERE and access your registration via your MyUTMB account to upload the medical certicate.
As a reminder, find here all the condition for your medical certificate to be valid:
- it should be valid the day of the race (medical certificates have a 12 months validity)
- it should be in French or have a French translation (sworn translation)
- it should contain the following mentions: "course à pied" "sport" "athlétisme" + "en compétition"
- it should contain the signature and stamp of your doctor

Choose your time slot to get your race pack and your bib.
- Log in to MyUTMB and enter your Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB runner’s account
- Click on "Edit my registration"
- Go on and reserve your time slot for race kit pick-up in Obernai or Colmar (100M only)
Important! Spots for each time slot are limited, so choose the schedule that suits you. Please, make sure to be on time! It's essential that you respect your schedule, to make it easier for you to pick up your bib and enjoy the event.
To ensure runners' safety, no bib may be collected by anyone other than the runner.

In order to make the races more fluid, we have organized the starts in waves as follows:
The following list has been defined according to UTMB Index criteria. **No change to a higher wave will be authorized.
100M (UTDC):
Only one start wave at 8 PM.
100K (UTDP)
- SAS 1 (10 AM): 1001 - 1699
- SAS 2 (10:15 AM): 1701 - 2299
- SAS 3 (10:30 AM): 2301 - 2599
50K (TDC)
- SAS 1 (7 AM): 3001 - 3699
- SAS 2 (7:15 AM): 3701 - 4299
- SAS 3 (7:30 AM): 4301 - 4799
- SAS 4 (7:45 AM): 4801 - 5199
- SAS 5 (8:00 AM): 5201 - 5499
20K (TDP)
- SAS 1 (10:30 AM): 6001 - 6599
- SAS 2 (10:45 AM): 6601 - 6999
- SAS 3 (11:00 AM): 7001 - 7399
- SAS 4 (11:15 AM): 7401 - 7799
Your registration includes the shuttle bus from Obernai to the starting line of 20K, 50K, 100K or 100M. A shuttle bus after the race will not be put in place.
Reservations for these shuttles are now closed. The deadline to reserve your shuttle to reach the start line was February 29, 2024.

A transport system is now available for accompanying persons, enabling them to reach certain aid stations in a collective and eco-responsible manner. The full transport plan for the event is available HERE.

We would like to remind you that it is obligatory to be in possession of individual accident insurance which covers any eventual costs for search and rescue In France. We remind you that this insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around.
UTDC - 100M You will be given a spare bag when collecting your number that you need to drop a the designated are near the startline. You will find your bag at the refreshment point in Châtenois, then it will be brought back to the finish in École Maternelle Freppel in Obernai.
UTDP - 100K You will be given a spare bag when collecting your number that you need to drop a the designated are near the startline. You will find your bag at the refreshment point in Barr, then it will be brought back to the finish in École Maternelle Freppel in Obernai.
TDC - 50K You will be given a spare bag when collecting your number that you need to drop a the designated are near the startline. You will find your bag at École Maternelle Freppel in Obernai.
TDP - 20K You will be given a spare bag when collecting your number that you need to drop a the designated are near the startline. You will find your bag at École Maternelle Freppel in Obernai.
We regret to inform you that we do not provide storage facilities or offer baggage transportation services for personal belongings.
