Supporters’ transport plan:
100M – 100K – 50K - 20K (Trail des Pèlerins)
A dedicated shuttle service is available to help support crews access authorised aid stations. The shuttle operates in a continuous loop between Obernai and the various life bases, with stops timed around the race’s progress.
The circuit begins with the life base nearest the race start and progressively includes others as the race unfolds. Once all runners have passed through a particular base, it will close and be removed from the shuttle loop. Shuttles will return to Obernai at the end of each loop.
100K only: A reduced-fare 'Speedy Line' is available, allowing you to follow the race via a streamlined loop covering: Orschwiller > Haut-Koenigsbourg > Châtenois > Orschwiller.
Important: The road to Haut-Koenigsbourg will be closed from 06:00 to 09:00. You may access this area using a 100K shuttle pass or a Speedy Line pass.
All information and booking details can be found on the dedicated transport page for race tracking.

Aid Station information
Aid Stations with authorised assistance:
Designated support zones where you may meet your runner, offer assistance (equipment, food, etc.), and share a few moments together.
IMPORTANT: Only those with a valid support crew pass will be permitted access to assistance zones. If turnout is high, entry checks may be carried out.
The support crew pass is included in your runner’s race pack distributed at bib collection. Without a pass, supporters may still visit the Aid Station area, but cannot access the assistance zone.
Refer to the Runner & Supporter Guide to view the list of authorised assistance points.
Unstaffed Aid Stations (no assistance allowed):
These Aid Stations offer hydration and refreshments for runners. Outside assistance is prohibited.
There are no facilities available for supporters (shelter, refreshments, rest areas) at these locations, but you are welcome to come and cheer on your runner!
NB: the following Aid Stations are strictly off-limits to supporters and support crews:
- Mont Sainte-Odile – 50K
- Ottrott Vorbruck – 20K Trail des Pèlerins
For your safety and for the smooth operation of the event, please do not attempt to access these sites.
Yes, access is allowed one hour prior to your runner’s estimated arrival.
Yes, you’ll need the support crew pass provided in your runner’s race pack. Only one support crew pass is issued per runner. Children may enter with an adult passholder.
Clothing and food limited to what fits in a 30-litre bag.
No. It is strictly forbidden to accompany your runner on any part of the course outside a designated spectator area near an Aid Station. Any external support outside permitted zones violates the event’s principle of semi-autonomy. Assistance zones begin 500 metres before and end 500 metres after each Aid Station.
Race rules:
To ensure your runner has the best possible experience, it is essential that you are familiar with the rules regarding assistance. These rules play a crucial role in the smooth and fair running of the event. By reading them carefully, you’ll understand all the guidelines relating to support, Aid Stations, and authorised assistance zones — allowing you to support your runner while fully respecting the race regulations.
We encourage you to consult the relevant sections of the regulations that outline what actions supporters are permitted to take to assist a runner. The ‘Semi-autonomy’ section explains what kind of outside assistance your runner may receive, and where it is authorised. The ‘Penalties and disqualification’ section outlines the actions that could result in time penalties or immediate disqualification.
Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the rules — and enjoy your Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB® adventure.
Enjoy your weekend

Only provide support in designated zones as per the Runner & Supporter Guide. Any assistance outside these areas may result in disqualification for your runner.
Do not access the course beyond marked areas. Your safety and that of the runners is our priority.
We are all aware of the importance of daily action to protect the environment. So, whenever possible, choose to walk, cycle or use public transport. You can book your shuttle here.
Help preserve the beauty of our region by leaving no trace. Bins are available at various points for litter — use them and protect nature.
Runners need your support and your energy! Share your enthusiasm, cheer them on, and help lift their spirits – your encouragement can make all the difference to their race experience.
Here’s a personal tip: take a moment to admire the stunning scenery along the Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB® route. You won’t regret it!
Certain zones are closed to the public in order to prepare upcoming Aid Stations or to ensure the smooth operation of the race. Please do not enter these areas without authorisation.
If a runner is in distress or a medical emergency arises, notify race officials or the medical team immediately. Your runner’s bib includes the race HQ emergency number, and national emergency services are also available should you need them.
Help us create the friendly, family atmosphere that makes Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB so special. Be kind, supportive, and play your part in making this an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Nothing would be possible without them! If you get the chance, take a moment to thank the volunteers. They are trail enthusiasts, just like you and us.
You won’t be alone on the roads or around the trails — there will be other supporters, local residents, and holidaymakers too. If driving is your only option, please use public car parks where available, obey traffic regulations, and avoid blocking access routes. Poor parking can disrupt race logistics and cause issues for other supporters and road users.
